Rivca has officially worked within the music industry as a freelance creative producer for the past 11 years. She is currently the Creative Director of Sounds From the Other City (Salford) since 2010 and of the music residency program, Samarbeta since 2014.
Festival manager of Indy Man Beer Con since 2015, Festival Square Producer/programmer for Manchester International Festival (MIF) in both 2019 & planning for 2021 and lecturer in Events Management at BIMM.
Previous roles have included a bit of everything, working within venues, record labels, gig promotion, festivals and PR companies including Islington Mill, Future Everything, Manchester Pride & AND Festival.
