We had a blast at Victorious Festival 2023

1 September, 2023

Our students had a blast running The People’s Lounge stage and the World Music Stage in the World Music Village area of Victorious Festival. The area is curated by the charity Arms Around the Child, a global charity building a better and kinder environment for children living in extreme adversity.

The student artists received great feedback on their performances throughout the weekend, and each stage would not have run successfully without the hard work of all our students working behind the scenes.

A student crew comprised of BIMM Brighton and BIMM London students were running Front of House, live sound, stage management and production, and overseeing the backstage area as artist liaisons and runners.

We are also incredibly proud of all our students who performed over the weekend, including:

Brighton:

COWZ

London:

WesLi D

More about Arms Around The Child:

Arms Around The Child is a global charity building a better and kinder environment for children living in extreme adversity, orphaned, abandoned, at risk of child abuse, trafficked or living in child-headed households. They have just finished building a school in Ghana, a home for orphans in India and a community centre in Soweto.

They seek to provide sanctuary, community, warmth, protection, education, healthcare, safety, family, equality, love, hope and respect. With years of experience in direct care, Arms Around The Child is committed to working with ‘on the ground warriors’ to help scale up, develop, train and implement programmes with dedicated organisations providing the kind of joy, love, peace and respect that children need to lead the way to a brighter future.

Please support this fantastic charity!
