Stefan Feuerhake

Music Production Lecturer

Stefan teaches Music Production at BIMM Music Institute Hamburg. His musical career as a DJ and producer started in the 1990s and led him from Hip Hop and Funk to electronic music (Psy-Trance, Progressive House, Chillout, Ambient, Trip Hop).

In 1999 his first release “Nö” on Free Form Records became an underground hit. To date, it has been followed by five artist albums, numerous singles and remixes as well as over 1000 gigs as DJ & Live-Act in more than 25 countries worldwide. Since 2003 he has been working as a freelance mixing and mastering engineer for clients like Klassik Radio, East Hotel, Lemongrass Music, Music Mail and Kampengrooves. He also carries out product tests and workshops for different Pro Audio Magazines and informs readers about the latest developments in music software.

In 2009, he became an Ableton Certified Trainer and since then his teaching activities include weekly courses on computer-based music production as well as regular workshops at various educational institutions and stores throughout Germany as well as schools and youth institutions.
