BIMM acts to perform at Bristol Harbour Festival

29 June, 2018

The Harbour Festival, Bristol’s biggest annual event, celebrates its 47th anniversary this July. The three-day celebration takes place from the 20th until the 22nd, bringing over 250,000 people to the city to celebrate its rich maritime history and enjoy a host of festivities including food stalls, performance art, live entertainment and of course, a huge helping of live music.

This year, a selection of BIMM Bristol students and alumni are set to perform on the Sunday (July 22nd), with the college co-sponsoring a stage at the brilliant Hi Brasil Music Club alongside local promoters Tap The Feed.

The musical all-dayer promises a eclectic mix of genres to provide a little something for everyone. Artists performing at the event include The Blunderbuss PressThe Delinquents, Elena, gürlHush Mozey, IOTALaimuLula ReddMAUWE and Megs Emrys Band.

Intrigued? Wait, it gets better. The event is completely free! Plus, with drinks deals, a lunch & supper counter and fully licensed bar, there’s no reason why you can’t stay all day long.
