Ireland Music Week 2025: BIMM Dublin in the Spotlight

29 October, 2025

We’re excited to share that BIMM Dublin students dominated the lineup at one of Ireland’s most exciting music showcases, Ireland Music Week 2025.

A key fixture in the Irish music calendar, Ireland Music Week is a five-day showcase and conference dedicated to supporting and spotlighting the best new Irish artists. With industry professionals, festival bookers, and media from across the world in attendance, it’s an invaluable opportunity for rising musicians to perform in front of those who can help elevate their careers.

Taking place across various Dublin venues, Ireland Music Week saw BIMM acts including Martello, Circa, Martina and the Moons, CABL, David San Clair, Dream Boy, Delivery Service, Sarah Brooki, Vaticanjail, Vi0let, Kayleigh Noble, Sean Joyce and Goldbug performing at The Grand Social, The Workman’s Club, and The Button Factory.

One Dublin graduate, Emma Williams, was on the ground throughout the week, capturing behind-the-scenes footage and chatting to artists about their experiences performing at the festival.

For Martina and the Moons, it was a set to remember – even with a few minor hiccups.

“We had some technical issues at the start, but we resolved them and it was grand. The crowd was great. Everybody was really enjoying the set, so yeah, I did enjoy myself.”

Singer-songwriter David San Clair reflected on how much the experience, and his time at BIMM, has helped him grow as an artist.

“Me and the band honestly thought it was the best gig we’ve played,” he said. “BIMM has been kind of essential for me in terms of finding my band and allowing me to have the confidence to play on some of the biggest stages.”

We also talked to Dream Boy, asking what advice they’d give to new artists.

“Take your time, find your people. Start a band with people you connect with – people you know you’re going to be friends with for a long time.”

We couldn’t be prouder of every BIMM artist who performed and represented the next generation of music talent at this year’s festival.
