BIMM Brighton Graduate Clementine Douglas Lands Double BRIT Nomination

18 February, 2026

British singer-songwriter Clementine Douglas has been confirmed as a double nominee at the 2026 BRIT Awards, up for Song of the Year and Best Dance Act for her work on ‘Blessings’ with Calvin Harris.

The collaboration began unexpectedly when Harris reached out to Douglas via Instagram, sending her a track idea and inviting her to write on it. Within days she had penned and recorded the vocals that would become Blessings, a song that quickly became one of the UK’s biggest hits of 2025. The track peaked at No. 3 on the UK Singles Chart and topped both the UK Singles Downloads and Singles Sales charts, while spending weeks in the Top 10.

Clementine, who graduated from BIMM Brighton, has been steadily building her profile in the UK music scene with high-profile features alongside artists including Sonny Fodera, MK and The Blessed Madonna.

Last summer she brought her powerful live voice to one of the UK’s most prestigious stages, performing with the Essential Orchestra as part of Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics concert series at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

With the BRIT Awards approaching, we’ve already cast our vote and are wishing her the best of luck!
