Andy is an award-winning festival founder, freelance event management, public relations and marketing professional, and journalist.

In 2007 he started 2000trees festival, which has won nine national awards including Best Medium-Sized Festival and is held every year at Upcote Farm in Gloucestershire.

In 2012 he quit his day job to travel and start his own company, Redtarn PR & Events, and now works freelance at festivals and events across the UK, writes for a variety of media, and lectures at BIMM Bristol and BIMM Birmingham in Event Management, Music Industry Management and Journalism.

Special interests include entrepreneurship, communication & leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and all things festivals.
