BIMM applications, deadlines and enrolment
As well as those application and decision deadlines set by UCAS for undergraduate study, there are also some important dates that BIMM Music Institute have in place for all levels of study. These include:
Wednesday 14th August 2025 | A Level Results Day |
Mon 22nd September 2025 | Semester 1 commences |
Fri 10th October 2025 | Last day for RPA to be considered for 2025 entry* |
Fri 10th October 2025 | Enrolment cut off for 2025 entry** |
*Applications after this date may be considered on a case-by-case basis
**Enrolment cut off is the end of Week 3, of Semester 1 (10/10/25) for Undergraduate and Postgraduate study. This is to ensure that students do not miss vital assessments that take place around this time. Enrolments after this date can be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Head of School to determine if the correct level of support can be put in place for the learner, to support any missed learning.
It is recommended you apply by 15th August 2025 to guarantee your application is made in time to:
- Arrange finance, including making your application for our Creative Futures bursary.
- Make accommodation arrangements, including registering with our official accommodation partner, Amber.
- Book, and prepare for, your interview with our Admissions team
Applications are accepted after 15th August 2025. However, we recommend early application to ensure enough time for a smooth application process. If you are not able to submit your application by 13th August, the 2025/26 academic year deadlines are as follows:

** Enrolment cut off is the end of Week 3, of Semester 1 (11/10/24) for Undergraduate and Postgraduate study. This is to ensure that student’s do not miss vital assessments that take place around this time. Enrolments after this date can be considered on a case-by-case basis by the College Principal to determine if the correct level of support can be put in place for the learner, to support any missed learning.
