Creative Futures: Connecting You to the Music Industry

Join our Creative Futures event to discover how BIMM Music Institute supports students in launching successful careers in the industry.
Choosing a career in music is about more than just perfecting your instrument technique, songwriting skills, production techniques, or business knowledge. It is about the opportunities you access and the industry connections and networks you build while you are studying.
In this one-hour session, you will meet the team dedicated to connecting our students with professional opportunities across music performance, production, business and events. You will hear how we help our students gain industry insight, build professional networks and prepare for life after the degree.
The event will include:
- A short introduction to Creative Futures from the Head of Careers.
- A chance to meet successful BIMM Music Institute alumni, sharing their experience of life after graduating and how their training helped them enter the industry.
- Insight into our Agent Panels, where students meet leading agents and learn how representation works in the industry.
- An overview of in-house auditions, by casting professionals and our industry partners.
- Information on our digital professional toolkit, including Spotlight profiles, headshots, showreels and the essential materials needed to launch a career.
- A live Q&A where you can ask questions.
