Noah Pred
Music Production Lecturer
Noah Pred teaches Music Production at BIMM Music Institute Berlin. He has been making music in various forms for the past two decades. Working with hardware samplers, sequencers and synthesisers, he began performing live sets of techno, house and electro in the mid-nineties, and began DJing with vinyl soon after.
He has since toured North America and Europe with his unique hybrid of dub, electro, techno, and house, issuing numerous releases on labels around the globe - and receiving two Canadian Juno Award nominations in the process.
As Canada's very first Ableton Certified Trainer, he has taught a wide variety of techniques for stage and studio over the past five years, at institutions such as the Rich Media Institute, MacProVideo, FEED, Witz Education, and most recently at BIMM Berlin. His tutorial articles for Ask Audio and online courses for Ask Video are consistently among their most popular.
