Ryan Mack
Artist
Former BIMM Dublin student Ryan Mack is rapidly gaining a following worthy of his talent, with over 250 million streams and sold-out shows across Europe, leading to a feature on the Hot Press Hot for 2023 and the RTE 2FM Rising 2023 list.
Ryan was a student of the BA (Hons) Commercial Modern Music at BIMM Dublin and used the pandemic as a springboard for his success by spending the time honing his craft and writing songs.
His rise in popularity began with the release of ‘Fake Fine’ with friend and collaborator Robert Grace. ‘Fake Fine’ cemented itself as a top 10 radio hit in Ireland and was no.1 on Shazam.
Ryan has gone from strength to strength with each release, his early success has earned praise from artists such as Charlie Puth, Megan Tranior and Andy Grammer.
In 2021, She Wins, I Lose was featured in Billboard Magazine and in Irish radio’s top 20. Ryan has since gone from strength to strength with an array of original and cover songs, further enhancing his audience and creating a global fandom. 2023 has seen Ryan tour Europe with AJR, and he will soon be taking on the USA and Canada on a headline tour.
Ryan is no stranger to stardom, having been a member of HomeTown, a six-piece Irish boy band formed and managed by Louis Walsh. HomeTown shared the stage with acts such as The Vamps and Olly Murs. HomeTown provided Ryan with a vital insight into the behind-the-scenes of the music industry, and prior to the pandemic, he was enjoying his time gigging in pubs. He then used the pandemic as an opportunity to assert himself on TikTok and began by uploading a cover every single day.
‘Success is so relative and completely different in everyone’s perspective.’ – Ryan Mack
We have no doubt 2024 is going to be a massive year for Ryan.
