Ross Gautreau

A&R

Ross works in A&R at Karma Artists.

After graduating from BIMM Brighton in 2005, Ross spent six years working for the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) where he was promoted to the position of director of membership, working with artists and writers such as Calvin Harris, Taio Cruz, Scouting for Girls and Florence and the Machine.

In 2011 Ross joined the A&R department of Polydor Records where he was scouting for new talent, assisting on A&R projects and developing up-and-coming artists. Ross has since co-established Karma Artists Music Group, a ‘multi-faceted entertainment company’ representing artists with a combined sales roster in excess of 100 million units.

Karma Artists represent the band Little Giants and producer Monsieur Adi, who remixed the band’s track Lately (love, love, love).
