BIMM Institute London graduate Nonô has perfected her brand of pop by fusing elements from her Brazilian heritage with dance music production.
At 18 years old, Nonô took a 6,000-mile journey to further her music career. She moved to London, and five years on, her cross-continental leap of faith is paying off. Her Midnight Mimosas is a brilliant debut EP that marks her as a gifted and versatile singer-songwriter.
Nonô joined Example on tour at the start of 2022 and supported him on all nine dates from his UK tour – including the massive O2 Academy Brixton. Nonô boasts an enormous 2.5 million monthly Spotify listeners, and now has a massive 100 million streams altogether. She was also added to NME’s 100 Essential Emerging Artists of 2022 list.
More recently, Nonô has penned a deal with dance music specialists, Helix Records, who are distributed by Warner Music Group. It’s looking more and more like Nonô is set for a world takeover – and we’re here for it.
