Event Management & Business Development Tutor

Andy is a freelance journalist, event manager and public relations professional. In 2007 he founded the 2000trees festival with five friends, held every year at Upcote Farm near Cheltenham.

The festival has gone from strength to strength, winning the ‘Grass Roots Festival’ gong at the UK Festival Awards in 2013. Andy also runs ArcTanGent festival near Bristol which in 2013 won the coveted ‘Best Toilets’ award at the same awards event and was also shortlisted for ‘Best New Festival’ and ‘Best Small Festival’. By day, Andy runs his own company, Redtarn PR & Events, and lectures at BIMM Bristol in Event Management and Music Management.
