Marketing Manager

While in his final year at BIMM, James commenced an internship with Warner Music Group. Three months later and he was formally a part of their compilations department, working on albums by the likes of The Smiths, Joy Division, Prince and Led Zeppelin.

James went on to work for Brotherhood Media, with clients including the Rolling Stones, later rejoining Warner as a marketing assistant and working with artists such as Stooshe, and Lilygreen and Maguire.

James currently works as a Product Manager for Universal, where among other successes he’s scored a No. 1 with the Brit Awards 2013 album and received a gold disc for album sales in excess of 100,000 for ‘Teenage Kicks 1977-1981.’
