Music Theory Tutor
Sarah teaches Songwriting at BIMM Institute Dublin. She is a multi-instrumentalist who studied violin, piano, music theory and orchestral performance at the Royal Irish Academy of Music for ten years, before going on to complete her degree in Music and French at Trinity College Dublin, and a Masters degree in Music from The Liszt Academy of Music in Hungary.
She’s since performed live with many prominent bands and musicians, such as Mumford & Sons, The Strokes’ Nick Valensi and Albert Hammond Jr, Ed Sheeran and Cara Dillon. Sarah was invited to perform for Bono and Bill Gates at a private performance in New York, and has also performed for President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, on numerous occasions. She’s toured internationally as violinist with Michael Flatley’s ‘Lord of the Dance’ and is in demand as a recording artist, music transcriber and arranger.
