As part of her role at BIMM Music Institute Manchester, Natalie mentors students on the importance of their social media strategy. Namely, she helps with the creation of their brand, shows them how to build a growing and engaged fan base and demonstrates how they can differentiate themselves from the crowd. Today, this sort of social media experience and know-how is vital for all students, as it is quickly becoming a mainstay requirement for all career levels in a dynamic music industry.
Starting her broadcasting career over 20 years ago on community radio stations, Natalie soon began working on BBC Radio Manchester/Manchester music Show with Terry Christian, Conrad Murray, Bonehead (Oasis) and Michelle Hussey. She sourced new music for the show and provided gig reviews/interviews for BBC Online. Natalie has also guest presented on BBC 6 Music & BBC Radio 1.
