Martin Deering
Associate Lecturer, Drums
Martin teaches Drums at BIMM Music Institute Brighton. He is both a Teacher and a busy Performing Musician. He is a founding member of Flash Mob Jazz who have created a large online presence in the style of Postmodern Jukebox and the Swing and Jive greats. They've perform all over the world and have had official record releases with Island Records.
Martin works as a booker for residencies and private events around Brighton and London and previously held the role of Musical Director and musician fixer for artists such as Kele Leroc, MC Neat, Sweet Female Attitude, Shola Ama, Shelley Nelson, Denzee, Artful Dodger (Lifford), NayNay, ShyCookie, Camden Cox and Reigns to name a few.
