James Yates
Music Production Lecturer
James teaches Music Production at BIMM Institute London. He is a London-based engineer and producer. He regularly works with producers Emre Ramazanoglu, Jimmy Hogarth and Jon Kelly, among others.
James has worked on material for Pulp, Sky Ferreira, Palma Violets, Son of Dave, Marnie, Kitty Daisy and Lewis, Mamas Gun, and Vessels, plus library music for West One and Extreme. He is one half of the sample company Rattly and Raw and is producing an album under the name SEAMAJESTY.
