Bass Tutor
Adam teaches Bass at BIMM Institute Dublin. He is an in-demand freelance/session bass player from Dublin. He’s a third-generation professional bassist and started playing bass guitar at the age of 14 and studying double bass at 18. Academically, he holds a BMus degree and a Masters in Music Composition from the National University of Ireland Maynooth.
His double bass training was provided by the Dublin Institute of Technology Conservatory of Music and Drama under Waldemar Kozak of the National Symphony Orchestra. Professionally, Adam has been involved in all aspects of being a pro-musician, ranging from recording/studio work with both original artists and for TV commercials, theatre (pit) work, national and international touring, arranging and music education. Adam is one of the founding members of the groove jazz collective, Creamy Goodness – a group made up of top session and jazz players from Dublin.
